Jarrod Sands (Colin Salmon), or "Mr. Sands" as he prefers, is Senator Morra's head of security and designated 'handler' for Brian Finch, despite being more of a demanding boss than a handler. He rebels against Senator Morra, as revealed in "A Dog's Breakfast", and was affiliated with what Brian dubbed as the "Legion of Whom". In the series finale, he is shot and likely killed by Rebecca Harris during a standoff.
