Rebecca Harris is an FBI agent and the handler of Brian Finch, assisting him in solving cases. Agent Harris has a personal stake in the project, since it comes to light that her father was, on at least one occasion, taking NZT-48.
She is shown to be highly intelligent and was the first in the FBI to suspect Senator Morra of being involved with NZT.
Early Life[]
Rebecca is shown to have had an average childhood until her father fell further into drug addiction, beginning presumably during her very early childhood. Her father being frequently arrested caused her to grow up around law enforcement, and ended up motivating her to become a FBI agent. Soon after the murder of her father in 2014, she became employed at the CJC, where she learned about NZT in 2015. She took a special interest after noting similarities between NZT users and her father, and believed that if she could figure out where NZT came from, maybe she could find out what happened to her father.
She possibly grew up in North Carolina with her father, mother, and younger sister, as her father is referenced to being employed at UNC in Page 44.

Rebecca has dark brown hair and green eyes, her hair almost always being shown in an updo. Whilst taking NZT, she is described as having a glimmer in her eyes.
